Profile

Coding is where I find my creative flow. I love the chance to work on complex problems and find elegant solutions. Well, curiosity lands me learning a new programming language or framework.
From designing intuitive websites to exploring the depths of machine learning, I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology. But when I am not glued to the screen, you will probably find me on the football pitch or on the dance floor.
I aspire to solve real-world problems and grow into a technically sound engineer.

Full Stack Developer Intern

The Swago • Sep'24 - Feb'25

- Developed a Web3 dApp using React.js and Motoko, implementing Internet Identity authentication and custom token smart contracts for decentralized trading operations.
- Engineered full-stack features including real-time countdown systems, secure file handling for profile images, and automated token distribution mechanisms using blockchain technology.
- Built and integrated smart contracts for secure token transfers and trading operations, implementing proper authorization checks and maintaining data integrity across the DFINITY's Internet Computer blockchain
- Created a robust form system with image handling, dynamic question generation, and real-time data validation, supporting multiple betting parameters and Web3 wallet integration.

Web Development Intern

Design Innovation Centre (DIC) Lab • Jun'24 – Jul'24

- Developed a responsive website for TechViz, a tool enhancing spatial awareness for the visually impaired.
- Customized Google Forms which typically doesn't allow CSS customization when embedded. This hack enabled me to create a tailored form while retaining all the powerful features of Google Forms, including:
• Email notifications
• Data storage in Google Sheets
• Scalability
• Unlimited responses

GDSC Team

Google Developer Student Club (GDSC) - Web Development Lead

My journey with Google Developer Student Club (GDSC) at my college has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my academic life. I joined GDSC in February 2023 after successfully passing the interview process and became a part of the Web Development Team. Initially, as a junior member, I was eager to learn and grow, but to my surprise, the experience didn't provide me with as much technical value as I had hoped. However, instead of being discouraged, I remained active and engaged, taking every opportunity to work on projects and collaborate with fellow members. My efforts and dedication eventually led to my promotion as the Web Development Lead in October 2024. This role completely transformed my perspective—I was no longer just a participant but a mentor and leader. I took it upon myself to create a more enriching and inclusive environment for the next batch of juniors. I ensured they had access to learning resources, taking online sessions, and guidance that I had initially lacked. I strived to make GDSC a space where students could learn, build, and innovate together.

In my terms as the Web Development Lead, we conducted the most successful hackathon ever in UIET with over 40 teams, 150+ participants. As part of the organizing committee I had the wild but rewarding task of:
- Conceptualize, design and code the entire hackathon website from scratch.
- Craft comprehensive problem statements across AI/ML, Full Stack, and Blockchain tracks with the theme Product Universe #BuildProductsNotProjects
- Managing logistics for a non-stop, high-energy event (including keeping everyone alive and somewhat sane)
- Coordinate with mentors, judges, and participants.

The transition from a learner to a leader taught me responsibility, mentorship, and the true essence of community-driven development. It was not just about coding but about giving back, fostering curiosity, and creating opportunities for others—a philosophy I carry forward in every aspect of my career.

Valorant Event

Apart from tech communities, I was also actively involved in the Psych Club (Mental Health Club) and DEBSOC (Debating Society) of UIET, Panjab University. I was a core contributor to the Design Team, creating visually striking posters, banners, and promotional materials for various events. Not to brag, but my designs were often regarded as the best in college, significantly boosting event engagement and outreach. I also served as the head of design for UIETPD (Parliamentary Debate), where I came up with the theme for the entire event and designed the foundational designs that set the tone, and my juniors carried forward the execution, ensuring a cohesive and impactful event experience.
I believe that good design is not just about aesthetics but also about storytelling and impact, and this experience allowed me to blend creativity with purpose.

Google Cloud Study Jam - Mentor

Thanks to my technical expertise, I had the opportunity to serve as a mentor in the Google Cloud Study Jam. In this role, I guided a group of five mentees, helping them grasp complex cloud computing concepts and successfully complete their labs. I was actively involved in resolving their doubts, keeping them motivated, and leading by example by participating in the labs myself. Our collective efforts contributed to our college achieving Tier 1 status in the Study Jam program, a recognition of our dedication and performance. More than just a mentoring experience, this event helped me sharpen my leadership skills and strengthen my ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
